    Of course! If the order is canceled within the first 1-2 days (before shipping), the cancellation process can be expedited, and the refund is issued by the following day. If the order has already been shipped, we must wait for it to return to our office before we can initiate a refund.   2. What steps should I take in case I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
